tk1971 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tk1971 platform and the user. By using the tk1971 website, mobile application and any related services, you agree to be bound by every clause of these Terms.

tk1971 reserves the right to amend, modify or add to any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy applies, which describes in detail how your personal information is collected and used. Both documents together form the complete agreement.

If any part of these Terms is unclear or you have questions, please contact our support team before you begin using the service. Once you start using the platform, a claim of unfamiliarity with these Terms will not be accepted.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with tk1971:

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Any transaction or activity carried out from your account — including unauthorised access by a third party — will be treated as your own action unless you have notified the platform in writing.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
• Always log out after using a public Wi-Fi network or a shared device.
• Not sharing the OTP required to change your account details helps keep your account secure.

tk1971 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access, unless it is proven that the incident occurred due to a fault in the platform's own systems.

tk1971 processes deposits and withdrawals through mobile banking and banking channels available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Important Conditions

• The method used for the deposit is given priority at the time of withdrawal.
• The name on the account and the name on the payment account must match exactly.
• If account verification (KYC) is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• If suspicious activity is identified in any transaction, tk1971 may place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete.
• Sending funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

tk1971 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tk1971 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; to make this bonus eligible for withdrawal, you must wager the bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

A deposit of ৳8,400 gives a bonus of ৳5,000 (the maximum), with a total balance of ৳13,400; the wagering requirement is ৳5,000 × 10 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bets placed with a bonus count towards wagering, but the contribution rate may not be the same for all games.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• A bonus may be cancelled if it remains inactive or if the wagering is not completed within the set time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk1971 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.

tk1971 provides gaming across casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and other categories. Each game category has its own rules.

• All game results are determined through impartial and automated technology.
• If a technical issue occurs during play (internet disconnection, device shutdown), the result of that round will be determined by the system's records.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect payout in any game, tk1971 reserves the right to correct that amount.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or a bet is voided under specific circumstances, the stake will be returned.
• Live casino games are operated from third-party provider servers; their own rules may also apply.

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding a game, contact the support team. Game logs and system records will be treated as the final evidence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1971 platform. Breaching these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, automation tools or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Fraudulent deposits via credit card or chargeback methods.
• Attempting to breach or compromise the platform's systems.
• Cheating, conspiring or colluding against other users.
• Placing bets or deposits using third-party funds.

tk1971 monitors any suspicious activity and reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

tk1971 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If information provided on the account is found to be false or misleading.
• If involvement in prohibited activities is established.
• If KYC verification remains incomplete.
• On the order of a court or law enforcement authority.

8.1 Account Closure by the User

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance in the account will be withdrawn subject to the applicable terms.

8.2 Bonuses During Suspension

Any active bonus will be automatically cancelled at the time of account suspension or closure.
